How It Works

01

We agree on your parameters

You decide what auto-files. I bring a template that's already working. We customise it to your practice.

02

I configure your SystmOne

No new software. No new vendors. Uses your existing SystmOne auto-review functionality. I set it up end to end.

03

You get the time back

Approximately 50% of results given to the system will be auto-filed. You focus on the ones that actually need you.

04

You stay safe and current

A monthly governance package is available. We audit what was filed, review parameters against local lab ranges, and keep the system current. You stay covered.

What gets auto-filed?

Our standard template includes the tests below. You decide what gets filed and the parameters.

We know that 'normal' isn't always normal.

Our system is built around that.

PSA — Post-prostatectomy or on finasteride, a normal PSA still needs you.

Ferritin — Within range but may need action. A normal ferritin can still be relevant on a FIT-negative 2WW pathway. We account for that.

Gender and age specific ranges — Thresholds set separately for gender and age. We know the same number doesn't always mean the same thing.

We know that 'abnormal' isn't always abnormal.

The system recognises this too.

Full blood count — An isolated low monocyte count carries no clinical weight. The system recognises this and files it.

Tissue transglutaminase (IgA TTG) — A result below the lower limit of the reference range has no clinical significance. The system understands this, and files it.

Questions

Yes. You set the parameters - you decide exactly what gets filed and what doesn't. Nothing files outside what you've agreed. Full governance framework and service available post installation.
Each day you press a single button in SystmOne. The system runs, files the eligible results, and you get on with your day. Instead of filing bloods, make yourself a coffee.
Once the scope of work is agreed, approximately 4 weeks.
No. This uses SystmOne's existing auto-review functionality. Nothing new to install, no new vendors, no IT procurement.
Yes. The system is ideal for PCNs and practice groups across an ICB.

Who built this?

I'm Dr Khalil, a GP, medico-legal expert, and a NICE GP Reference Panel member leading transformation and digital projects across a large multi-site primary care organisation serving 65,000 patients.

This system didn't start as a product. It started as a problem I solved at my own organisation. It worked. Now I'm making it available to others.
